Ugg.

Low fat dessert: non-fat yogurt (any flavor), frozen berries (any type), skim milk (not much, just enough so it'll all blend) and a touch of maple syrup to sweeten. I also have a sweet tooth, we keep high quality dark chocolate in the fridge (green and blacks Maya gold is manna from heaven) and have a small serve of that after dinner as dessert. If husband is having ice-cream - he actually needs to put on weight I will have a teaspoonful straight from the tub and then that's it.

Mind you, I'm not actually losing any weight (I hate exercise) so take my advice for what it's worth...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23114430.post-5420394096364471932007-05-08T22:50:00.000-07:002007-05-08T22:50:00.000-07:00Congrats on the weight loss! I have 4 weeks before my sister's wedding, and I just can't get motivated. My goal this week is to get to the gym at least 3 times -- 4 would be icing on the cake.
I love frozen choc. chips too. They're really good sprinkled on Dannon Low-fat Cherry-Vanilla yogurt. Almost as good as Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia -- almost. Actually I think the Cherry Garcia Frozen Yogurt is to die for, I actually like it better than the full fat version.
Funny, too, I just did a post about fattening food rituals, then I read yours.Rachaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00992203896914180674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23114430.post-71928114391543038812007-05-08T19:06:00.000-07:002007-05-08T19:06:00.000-07:00Good job! Good for you. I just hit my 50th pound lost and I'm so excited about it! Unfortunately, I still have a long way to go. (Sad, but true.)

I've got a sweet tooth, too. My stand-by treat is sugar-free vanilla pudding with Cool Whip lite folded in (kind of makes mouse-like consistency). Then fold in some sliced strawberries.
